Restaurant/ bar in the Grey's Quarter area of Eldon Square that is sister to The Botanist.

The Alchemist also has other restaurant bars in Leeds, London and Manchester with the same name.

The main bar/restaurant can be accessed from the main Eldon Square concourse or from street level on Nelson Street.

It is very smartly decked out with a large L shaped bar and has plenty of tables and chairs throughout for diners.

The windows on one side of the bar face towards the Grainger Market.

Regular music is on play at most times. There is an outside seating area on Nelson Street facing the Grainger Market.

The bar is frequented by a mix of shoppers, diners and business people. It is busy most times of the day and it is wise to book beforehand if you are dining.

Table bookings can be made online click here.

Disabled access good to main bar is very good. The toilets are smart and clean.

Price: Moderate.
