The St. James' Stack, presented by Sela, is officially opening on Thursday, 8th August 2024. This 3,000 capacity fanzone has 56 repurposed shipping containers, creating a vibrant entertainment hub right next to St. James' Park. Whether you're cheering on Newcastle United, or enjoying live music, or sampling the global street food, St. James' STACK has the lot. The complex contains a mixture of bars and varied street food outlets. There is a large stage for live music events and DJ's which are on play every day. Live Sports are shown on a large screen next to the main stage with live football featured. There is an extensive choice of different food and drinks on offer to suit all tastes with plenty of outside tables/benches which should be busy when the weather is good. There is an abundance of seating on both levels with heated lamps to be used when the weather is adverse. Dress code is smart casual with stag & hen party groups in fancy dress not allowed entry. On Newcastle home match days entry is only allowed to Newcastle fans with no away supporters or non club members allowed entry. Disabled access good to lower floors. More difficult to upper levels.
