Basement micro pub Ale House located a short walk from the Haymarket and close to Newcastle and Northumbria Universities.

The pub which has been named Camra Tyneside pub of the year 2018 has an excellent range of keg and cask ales on offer.

A blackboard beside the bar lists all of the ales on available.

There is a small seating area opposite to the bar.

With the excellent selection of ales on offer the pub can be busy most times of the day.
