Luxury Whiskey, Champagne and Cigar bar located in the historic Milburn House building which opened in 1905.

The bar is stylishly decked out modern fixtures and fitments with pictures of champagne on the walls and bottles of bubbly on the shelves.

There is a luxurious look to the place with a sleek polished floor and chandalier lighting.

The large windows to the front of the bar overlooking Dean Street give the place a bright and airy feel during the day.

From the main entrance the bar is directly opposite and there is seating to the left hand side and in a raised area by the window.

There is also some high tables on the other side of the bar.

The bar serves a fine range of whiskies reputed to be the best in Newcastle with a separate Whiskey Lounge.

A table can be reserved in the bar by booking online at the website by contacting the bar on Telephone 0191 2600175.

It is nice to see Milburn House being brought back to life and the place has become a popular venue on the Quayside.

There is an outside decking area located to the rear of the bar.

Disabled access is good. Toilets smart and clean.

Price: Moderate.
